Pero is a highly experienced engineer with over 15 years of professional experience in the Northern Territory. He is well-known for his expertise in road safety audits, having completed numerous assessments in the region. In addition to his road safety audit experience, Pero has a broad range of engineering skills, including experience in Safe System Assessment, Traffic Impact Assessments, and the conceptual and detailed design of sealed and unsealed roads, junctions, and local area traffic management. With his open and collaborative approach, Pero works closely with clients and project teams to ensure that project outcomes are met. He draws upon his wealth of experience to provide guidance and direction, resulting in successful project outcomes time and time again.
Pero's experience in the Northern Territory has given him a deep understanding of the unique challenges facing engineers in this region. Pero has extensive experience working on both large infrastructure projects and smaller specialised projects. He has contributed to the success of significant projects such as INPEX, as well as other initiatives while working for the Northern Territory Government (NTG). Pero brings a positive and proactive approach to every project, and his passion for safety is evident in the results he delivers.

Ian has been with McCullough Robertson for 39 years and a partner for 33. Over this time he has led many strategic and complex property matters for his clients. His property development experience includes commercial, industrial, major retail, residential and tourism ventures such as hotels, resorts and marinas.
His clients appreciate his commercial approach, which ensures matters are dealt with without prolonged negotiations.

Currently employed as a structural engineer at Reid™ Construction Systems, Paul specialises in engineered load transfer and joint systems for concrete slab-on-ground applications, as well as concrete reinforcement, anchoring, fastening, and fixing technologies.
He is committed to sharing his expertise with engineers, industry leaders, government bodies, and civil contractors, advocating for best practice design and construction of concrete footpaths and cycleways for improved safety, quality and sustainability of active transport infrastructure in Australia.
Nick Fewster City of Darwin
Nick has enjoyed working across a broad range of sustainability roles in the public and private sector and has been based in the Northern Territory over the past 7 years. At the City of Darwin, Nick works with “the dream team”, a multiskilled team that deliver on ambitious and nationally award-winning strategies that drive Darwin towards being a cool, clean and green city with best practice sustainable infrastructure including the nationally award winning Leachate Treatment Plant. Actively contributing towards the evolution in waste management and resource recovery at Shoal Bay is a definite highlight of Nick’s role. Nick holds a Bachelor of Social Science and a Master of Business Administration.

Pema Dorji is an environmental professional with extensive experience in water and wastewater treatment system. He is working as a Senior Coordinator Environment and Waste Services, and responsible mainly for environmental compliance and leachate management system for Shoal Bay Waste Management Facility. He has a PhD in Environmental Engineering from University of Technology Sydney with several peer-reviewed publications on water desalination technologies, nutrient recovery, and selective removal of ions from various water sources.
Jedda Bennett-Kellam
City of Darwin
Jedda Bennett-Kellam is a dedicated professional based in Darwin, NT, with extensive experience in project management and civil infrastructure. Currently serving as a Senior Project Officer at the City of Darwin, he leads complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. His role involves high-level administration, including grant management and report preparation. Jedda has also held positions such as Coordinator Civil Infrastructure and Technical Officer at the City of Darwin. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from Charles Darwin University and a Diploma of Project Management from the Australian Institute of Management. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne. Jedda's skills include project and portfolio management, leadership, stakeholder management, and budget formulation.

Peter has twelve years of experience in the water treatment and filtration industry. In his current role as Council & Engineer Liaison at Atlan Stormwater, he specialises in providing stormwater filtration and detention solutions to Civil Engineering firms and Councils.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Peter is an avid kayaker, having competed in State and National Titles in K1 sprint and marathon events, tackled the white-water Avon Descent in WA, and served as a past club president of the Greater Logan Kayak Club. His deep passion for spending time on our creeks, rivers, and oceans is what fuels his dedication to the Stormwater Filtration Industry.

Joshua Lokatili is Lead Project Engineer with WRM Water & Environment who is based in Darwin. Joshua has four years professional experience in surface water engineering and has worked on urban and rural and floodplain management projects in the Northern Territory, Queensland and New South Wales.

Julian Orth is a Director and Senior Principal Engineer with WRM Water & Environment who is based in Darwin.
