The statewide Ixom Best of the Best Queensland Water Taste Test will take place on Wednesday 5 September over lunch.

Delegates will have the opportunity to try water from around the state and ultimately decide on which sample will proceed to compete in the 2019 national taste test, and water of origin competition (and potentially further).

-          While there have been taste test events in 2018 held at our regional conferences, they were not “finals” as such – the state-wide competition is open to all qldwater members.

-          Entrants will be required to complete an entry form prior to the commencement of the competition.

-          Only one sample (one scheme) will be able to be accepted for the competition.  You need to arrange for 2L of your finest drop to be at the venue by 12 noon on the day of the competition.  We can take deliveries at our offices at Albion up to COB 3/9/18.

-          To assist with planning, if you intend to enter, please email the service provider and scheme name to Diana Kislitsyna (dkislitsyna@qldwater.com.au) by 31 August 2018.  There is no guarantee that entries will be accepted after this date.
