WOMEN IN PUBLIC WORKS ENGINEERING (WPWE)

We invite our Women in Public Works Engineering (WPWE) to join us for a special Master Class.

Facilitated by Dr Jillian Kenny, we will provide relevant and authentic development strategies and showcase opportunities for women in public works engineering. The topic, 'Diversity as a superpower', will be an interactive Master Class with tangible takeaways for delegates.

Jillian holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and a PhD from Queensland University of Technology but now primarily focus time in speaking and running events on leadership, women in engineering and encouraging younger generations to consider a career in engineering.

As a result of her work she was named as one of the inaugural Superstars of STEM by Science and Technology Australia in 2017 and as one of Australia's Top 100 Most Influential Women by the Australian Financial Review and Westpac in 2014.

The one-hour Master Class will conclude with champagne and cheese.

Thank you to our event sponsor, GHD.

This session will be held on Day 3 of the conference, Thursday 24 October 2019.

When registering for the conference, please confirm your attendance at this event.

**Please note: this Master Class is for women only
