CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT

We invite you to submit an abstract for the 2025 IPWEA-QNT Annual Conference.

This is a unique opportunity to showcase your work, share your insights, and connect with like-minded professionals. The closing date for abstract submissions is 26 May 2025 and will be reviewed shortly thereafter.

If your abstract is successful, you will receive a 50% off the Standard Conference Registration cost OR complimentary registration for the day you are presenting. You will also be eligible to win the Best Paper Award.

Please note that if you are successful, you are required to submit an accompanying paper. If you do not submit a paper, you will not be eligible for the Best Paper award.

Following the conference, your paper together with the audio/visual recording and your PowerPoint Presentation will be uploaded to our globally recognised Knowledge Centre. Up to 45 CPD hours may be claimed for the preparation and presentation of papers at the Conference.

Presentation sessions will be 30 minutes in duration (including any Q&A). We are also offering the opportunity do present a "Lightning Presentation" of 15 minutes in duration.

Please note:

Each submission can include up to five authors, with a maximum of two presenting authors.
Abstracts are not automatically accepted. All submissions will be reviewed on merit and in the context of the overall program.
Presentations must be non-commercial in nature. Sales-focused content will not be accepted.
By submitting an abstract, you consent to your Paper, PowerPoint presentation, and any recordings (audio or video) of your session being published in the IPWEA-QNT Knowledge Centre as part of our Annual Conference Proceedings.
