Registration

When does registration open?

Registration is currently open for the 2025 IPWEA-QNT Annual Conference. Visit the registration page.

When does registration close?

Registration for the Annual Conference will close on 11:59PM (AEST), 9 September 2025.

What if I can't remember my login details?

Contact the events team on 07 3632 6800.

Can I register multiple attendees to be billed on the same invoice?

Yes. To register multiple attendees, please complete the group registration form and send it to reg.events@ipweaq.com. The events team will process your registrations and an invoice will be issued to the nominated contact.

What is included in my Public Works Technical Subscription?

For 2025/26 Gold Public Works Technical Subscribers, you are entitled to:

2x complimentary one day registrations, and
2x complimentary full conference registrations.

To register, please complete the group registration form and send through to reg.events@ipweaq.com. The events team will process the registrations and send confirmation emails to each attendee.

When can I register for my chosen sessions?

Once the program is finalised, you will receive an email from the events team notifying you to select your chosen tech tour and stream sessions.
