Tanya’s high energy is second to none and as an experienced NLP Master Practioner, she knows first-hand how to encourage people to reach for greatness by creating behaviour shifts to achieve breakthroughs in their roles.

William Farmer has been involved with Dale Carnegie since his early 20’s. He found his passion young and purchased the New Zealand Franchise in 1997 after achieving Master Trainer status. He worked with many of New Zealand’s top performing organisations and international companies and in 2013 took over as Managing Director of Dale Carnegie Australia.
Willliam has worked with more than 35,000 people during his career with Dale Carnegie. His major focus today is Strategic Development with Managing Directors, CEOs and Business Leaders with a desire to move their organisations and businesses to a new level using the most powerful tool they have – their people!
William is now working with some of Australia’s most successful organisations such as Microsoft, Arthur J. Gallagher, Hutchinson Builders, Oracle, Henry Schein, Mylan and Toyota.
William’s expertise is in moving people fast with power and inspirational impact. He has an innate ability for delivering training and motivational presentations in a way that support and move strong individuals outside their normal realms of comfort so they can address behaviours that may no longer be serving their business reality.
This strong and supported coaching has taken many leaders to new heights and William is now recognized as one of the leading Engagement Specialists and Trainers in the Australasian market.

Amy Jackson is a Leadership Coach who specialises in building the confidence of mid-level leaders to step up and tackle the challenges of complex organisations. With a Bachelor of Psychology and coaching expertise in leadership, communication, teams and well-being, Amy’s business, Nurturing Confidence, has been cultivating professionals to become more confident, strategic and effective leaders and communicators since 2016. Her clients include Queensland Government Department of Energy and Public Works; and Communities & Housing; Federal Department of Agriculture, Forestry & Fisheries, and the Australian Bureau of Statistics, QUT, Monash University, Shell and private individuals across industries.
